Look, we're not your typical corporate setup. Master Power's been installing EV chargers across Constanța and beyond for 13 years, and we've built something real here. We need solid people who actually care about the work — electricians, installers, customer service folks who get why what we do matters. If you're tired of the usual corporate nonsense and want to work somewhere that values your actual skills, let's talk.
Our Culture
We do things the right way. No shortcuts on installations. Respect goes both directions — we listen to our crew and they deliver for customers. And honestly? We're competitive enough to keep pushing forward, but grounded enough to remember we're serving real neighborhoods. That balance matters to us.
Employee Benefits
You get paid fairly for skilled work. Performance bonuses when projects hit targets. And we actually pay on time — every time.
We provide everything you need. Tools, van, safety gear. You focus on installation, not scrounging for supplies.
Want your electrical certifications? We sponsor it. EV tech keeps evolving and we keep our team sharp alongside it.
Medical and dental. We take care of our people because healthy crew members do better work. Simple as that.
Life happens. Emergencies, family stuff, appointments. We work with you to figure it out. Rigid schedules kill morale.
Start as installer, become a supervisor, maybe run your own territory. We promote from within because we know who does solid work.
